Usability

By "usability" we mean:

"The degree to which a product can be used by particular users to achieve certain objectives efficiently and effectively, and with satisfaction in a specific user environment".

[ISO 9241-11:1998]

Web Usability is an approach designed to make websites easy to use for the end user who may not have had any specific prior training.

User-centered interface design

Usability is one of the most important aspects of a web design project.

During the planning phase for a website, the end user is at the heart of every choice we make, meaning that the site can achieve its objectives with ease.

Zoomart uses various technologies to make sure that the interface of a website is structured in the best way possible. Methods used include: focus groups, wireframing and web site prototyping, eye tracking, site map creation and card sorting.

There are also other reasons why usability needs to be central to the planning of a web structure.

The ease with which users can find their way around a site can, indeed, have a great effect on the success of the SEO strategy and on the Pay per Click campaigns; that is why a user-friendly website can be crucial in making a digital marketing plan work well.
